Just Eat and TIFF are kicking off Canada’s Top Ten Film Festival by providing a movie dining experience unlike anything seen before: guests will be able to order delicious meals directly to their chair in the theatre!

At the Canada’s Top Ten Film Festival kickoff event, Friday, January 13 at the TIFF Bell Lightbox, you can place an order from our participating restaurants — Noka Sushi, The Burger’s Priest and the Toronto Popcorn Company — and it will be delivered straight to your seat prior to the showing of the festival’s first movie, the Zacharias Kunuk-directed Maliglutit (Searchers) at 8pm.

The spirit of the festival is TIFF celebrating the best in Canadian cinema, so it’s only appropriate that the participating restaurants have Canadian-themed snacks available. Here’s a sneak peek at the menu we’ll be serving:

Noka Sushi
Ms. Toronto Roll: Soybean wrap, cream cheese, crab, avocado, mango, spicy mayo and unagi sauce.

513 Bloor Roll: Cucumber, shrimp tempura, fresh salmon, avocado, tempura bits, spicy mayo and mango sauce.

Toronto Popcorn Company
Sea Salt and Maple Popcorn

Garlic Parmesan Popcorn

The Burger’s Priest
The Great Canadian Maple Bacon Burger: Premium beef patty with cheese topped with bacon dipped in Canadian Maple Syrup

High Priest: Two beef patties, secret sauce, cheese, pickles, chopped lettuce, diced onions, on a non-sesame seed bun

Regular Fries

Download the free Just Eat app from the App Store or Google Play before you get to the theatre so you can be ready to order! We’ll have our Just Eat brand Ambassadors on hand at the show to explain how it all works!
