Sales Account Executive - Hamilton
Europe's number 1 online food ordering company has arrived in Canada and has established 150 restaurants in Toronto and surrounding area since launch. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record to help us grow even more aggressively and expand across Ontario and British Columbia in the next 24 months. We are looking for a Sales Executive for Hamilton.
Position Overview:
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business accounts within an assigned territory. The candidate will promote Just Eats products and services to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience selling E-commerce ad space or products
- Highly Motivated Highly organized, structured and a self starter
- Strong team-player, positive attitude and first class customer service skills
- Ambitious and fun
- Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) market selling
Responsibilities for the role:
- To penetrate and manage the independent restaurant market in your geographic territory by targeting delivered food restaurants i.e. Pizza, Indian, Chinese, etc.
- To hit all sales and install targets and budgets.
- To work as a member of the team.
- To manage the customer base in your area and provide after sales support.
- To manage your own time and agenda to deliver the company's plan.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- Car/communication allowance
Our head office is in Toronto but all sales roles outside Toronto are home based. We offer fully expensed travel and training.
Customer Services Part-Time Staff
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our customer care department. The Customer Care Center provides agents an excellent opportunity to develop their skills within a dynamic and growing environment.
Role description:
- Manage high volumes of orders from customers.
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and query handling.
Candidate requirements:
- Reliable, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Confidence and telephone etiquette (past experience preferred).
- Comfortable using MS Office and basic internet applications (E-Mail, Explorer, Messenger software, etc.)
- Fluency in other languages preferred (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- Ability to multitask
- Being able to travel to and from office at the stated hours
