Our food had not arrived a half hour past the expected delivery time (even after they moved it forward 10 minutes) so we called the restaurant. They told me they did not have our order details, and then after handing the phone to my boyfriend they said they would call the driver. After not receiving a call back we decided to contact support from just-eat.ca online. They were very helpful and contacted the restaurant. Support said the restaurant had sent the order out and that it would arrive within 10 minutes. It arrived about 20-30 minutes later, about an hour and 10 minutes after the expected delivery time. The food was good, except it was barely warm and one of our soups had spilled into the bag (and all over the rest of our food).

I ordered a Bento box and they forgot the california rolls. Also, when I opened up the order, it was leaking and all the food was mushed into one side, it looked like it had been completely flipped over. Also, they got to the place about 5 minutes after the quoted time. When I called, they did deliver the california roles about 30minutes later but my experience at that point was already negative.
