This chicken was extremely dry and overcooked! Requested a whole chicken "not cut up", but received two halves. Even the thigh was dry. French fries and Caesar salad were OK, roasted potatoes soggy. All was almost cold and had to be re-heated in the oven. Custard tarts tasteless. Unfortunately now have to go back to Swiss Chalet!

I took an hour and a half to get delivered to my house, and was barely warm. I had to reheat the food. It´s a shame because their food is actually really good, and I assume it would be amazing if it was hot. Sure, I live a fair distance from their location, but I could walk there and back in an hour and a half and still have time to eat my meal.

The staff found the meal (Chicken & Ribs) overcooked but delicious. Rice was missing from our meal. We will continue to order from them.

For a restaurant that specializes in chicken, this was some of the worst take-out chicken I have ever eaten. The meal was barely warm and the chicken and ribs were very dry and stringy. I would not order for here again.

We´ve had take out from this establishment many times and love the food. The delivery experience was new to us. The food arrived right on time, but was luke warm (chicken and ribs) to cold (rice and potatoes)!

I´m not sure whose fault it was: Just-eat.ca´s of the restaurant´s, but our order was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Awful. They called when it was 45 minutes late saying that they had just received the order, despite having it placed two hours earlier for later delivery. It took them another hour deliver.

- originally, Churrasco wouldn´t fill order because "they were too busy". - then Churrasco unnecessarily phoned to "check that order was correct". - then Churrasco delivered regular green salad, not the caeser salad that I ordered. - a seamless, "one click of the mouse button = proper delivered order" should be the goal of any on-line food delivery business.
