It took an hour and 25 minutes for us to receive our food (which was mediocre at best - surprising since its Yelp reviews are good). The salads were room-temp, soggy, and many parts of the lettuce were browned. The miso soups we got were not warm, either. When I called to see what was going on with our order, the customer service was very rude & rushed, I was not on the phone for more than 15 seconds before they hung up after telling me the driver was on their way. I called again when the food still wasn´t here 20 mins later and was again rushed off the phone. For the amount of time & money we spent on the disappointing meal, we could have walked somewhere, had a sit-down dinner and still made it back before our food arrived. Definitely wouldn´t order from here again.

I ordered 6 house special rolls and they were all quite good: pretty big. Scallops were big in the Quebec roll. I do understand traffic jam is expected on Saturday, but delivery time was 45 min past expected time: hence the 2 points only.

Meal was delivered even before estimated time & all instructions in comment box were followed through by restaurant without any problems. Quality of food is pretty good, minus the not so fresh "fresh seaweed salad".

Tried this place once, and it was quantity over quality. Mediocre teriyaki sauce and somewhat bland tempura. The staff were nice and portions were big, though, so you could definitely do worse.
