So far one of the best Indian take out I´ve had in Waterloo. Naan was fresh and dishes had just the right amount of heat, lots of flavour.

Second time ordering from here so I must like the food, and I do. They may be a victim of their own success as delivery was a half hour late. Felt sorry for the guy and he apologized saying things were really busy. My only gripe is that this stuff is on the pricey side. Quantity isn´t bad and like I said quality is good. In future I may take advantage of their copious coupon offerings for pick-up.

Quite good food- decent quantities as well, which is good as it is fairly expensive (meals don´t come with rice). I wish the Butter Chicken had some pieces of onion or somthing else- it was just chicken pieces and sauce. Delivery was right on time.

I ate butter chicken and garlic naan on Wednesday night. Not only was one dish enough for me and my boyfriend, but we went ordered two more orders of garlic naan on Thursday night and ate the rest of the butter chicken from Wednesday were stuffed. And we might get more tonight. Honestly, the best Indian food I´ve had in a while, and for sure in Canada.

We wrote in our order that we would pick it up at 5.30pm, and hour later than time the order was placed. This information was not transmitted to the restaurant and so our food was sitting out for a while before we showed up to get it.

We picked up the food and it was ready on time. Always delicious food from Empress of India - the mixed tandoori platter is huge and very tasty. The naan is great.

The food was steaming and full of all the delectable flavours of India in each dish. I ordered Mughlai Soup, Patiala Palak Paneer, Bhindi Masala, Murg Malai Kabab and basmati rice. The portions were HUGE, very generous, and the time for preparation and delivery was not even an hour. The Empress is an amazing find for good food delivered in the K-W region. I look forward to ordering again soon.
