The quality of the food was excellent when it finally arrived. I ordered at 5:45 p.m. My meal did not arrive until 8:05 p.m. The restaurant is 10 minutes from my house. Each time I called the restaurant to check on delivery time, they said that it would be another 20 minutes, thus keeping me from cancelling and ordering elsewhere. The food is very good, but I don´t think that I will be ordering from them again as they were so unreliable. Given the two hour wait, one might have thought there would have been a reduction in the price or an extra eggroll or something, but no incentive at all. I was extremely disappointed.

I placed an order at 5pm for delivery on Sunday May 12th. When I called back at 6pm they said they were very busy and it would be better if I came by and picked up the order myself. Are you kidding me? All I wanted was 2 won ton soups and 6 eggs rolls!! When I got there to pick up the order, there were about 15 other angry customers waiting and wondering what the delay was. I have never seen such incompetence!! I waited an additional 30 minutes before they gave me my order!!! I will never return to this restaurant again after such poor customer service!!
