We pre-ordered our food to be delivered at a later time. The restaurant, however, ignored our delivery time request, and arrived at our home while we were out. When we arrived home (well before our requested delivery time), the delivery person was visibly upset with us for keeping him waiting. We explained to him that he was 45 minutes early. Instead of apologizing, he was argumentative, and claimed that no one had informed him of a later delivery time. He left hastily, without another word. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not make up for the poor service.

The food was delicious. Especially the vegetable tempura and gyoza. Everything was still hot and the delivery was at the exact time they said it would be. I would definitely order from here again.

other than it taking 1.5 hours to get the food (the driver went in the wrong direction--not really sure how that even happens today in our world full of gps), everything delicious.

All food was cold upon delivery. They had mixed up our tempura order and called as the driver arrived to tell us they had sent veggie instead of yam. They just wanted to give a credit for the next order. I had to demand they send the correct order, that I did not want a credit. I had to call 40mins later to find out where the correct order was. Driver finally showed up about 10mins after my call. Will never order from here again!

Katsu Sushi called to confirm my order, which really delighted me. It showed me that they take their online orders seriously. The food arrived about 10 minutes earlier than the predicted time and it was good. My partner found the beef teriyaki a little chewy, but other than that, we were rather pleased. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Ordered for pickup at 7:30pm. Did not leave with my food until 7:50pm. I called at 6pm to confirm my order and just as I was speaking with them they received it from just-eat. I arrived at 7:10pm and they didn´t even start making it yet.

Our meal was 45 minutes late and not even a sorry from the restaurant or driver. Plus for $45 they could have throw in an edamame or something like Sushi Delight always does. Much better dine in experience than delivery. I won´t be ordering from there again.
