Honestly, this might have been the worst Italian food I have ever had. I ordered the spaghetti with bolognese sauce, and my boyfriend got this penne pasta with bacon and spinach. The meat in the bolognese sauce tasted, like, rancid, just very off, and the sauce didn´t taste like any sauce I´ve ever had. Hard to explain, it just lacked any, I dunno, dimension (?) in the flavor, not even the sweetness of the tomato came through. It just tasted like... meat? I´m not a food snob either. In hindsight, that would have been much better... Then, on the other end of the spectrum, my boyfriend´s meal hardly had any sauce on it at all, and the pasta tasted as if it had been cooked six hours prior, and left to sit until ordered. This all came as an even bigger shock to us, as we waited an exceptionally long time for delivery. Considering the delivery address wasn´t more than a 5 minute drive from the restaurant, this was pretty frustrating. Never ordering from here again.

The pasta was fine (better than I would have made myself: not better than other restaurants), but the garlic bread was not worth eating and the delivery process was frustrating. There was a $3 charge for delivery, and I added a tip. No mention of a min. for delivery on the web. They called after I placed my order to say that there was a $15 min. My meal had totaled $14.50, but since that wasn´t close enough, I agreed to add a drink. I´d seen that drinks were about $1 on the menu, so no big deal. I should have known that one problem with the delivery was a sign that there would be more. When the delivery man finally came, he asked for another $5 to pay for the tiny juice that I hadn´t even wanted, now claiming that the min. for delivery was $20. No thank you. Needless to say I will not order from there again.

To be fair we ordered when it was quite crummy out with recent snowfall. Our delivery was 50 min past the stated delivery time. We called the restaurant and they said the driver was stuck somewhere and when we said the food would be cold, he replied "Just ask the driver how the food is" Huh?? The quality was poor...had the calamari and it was what I could have bought in the frozen section at Loblaw´s. Also had the caesar salad which was the worst one we´ve ever had. A watery, tasteless dressing on it. Also ordered the cheese garlic bread which was a huge rip off...few sprinkles of cheese on standard garlic bread...for $5.50. The pasta carbonara was greasy and not alot of flavour. The only thing that was pretty good were the crispy chicken wings. We did phone and complain about the cold food and very late delivery and they gave us a $30 credit on the next order. Guess we´ll order again and see what it´s like then. This place used to be good when we ate in the restaurant. But the owners have changed and the quality has suffered.
