Everything was there I ordered, good thing. Everything packaged nicely. Delivery was later than projected time by about 10 min. The beef satays were very dry and not very tasty, and the vegetables that came with it was also bland: only the peanut/satay sauce was very good, but I won´t order this dish again. All other dishes were quite good!

Great food! The only inconvenient was that the restaurant delivery me the food when I ordered it to pick up.....and they had to go back to the restaurant with the food.

Found a cockroach in our food. If it weren´t for that, the food was amazing. The order was also missing an item, but they quickly sent the driver back to correct the issue.

Order was 2 hours late, with the restaurant being no help despite multiple telephone calls. No attempt made to rectify situation, will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and debating using this service again.

the meal was delivered over an hour after the estimated time on the receipt. after several unanswered calls to the restaurant, someone told us they were ´slammed´ but unable to contact the driver to see where he was and how much longer it would take, or give any sort of refund or coupon for next time. when the driver finally did show up, he didn´t have the buzzer number or our telephone number. the restaurant called us to say the driver had come and gone, but would come back ´soon´. all this delay obviously meant our food was sitting around for over an hour since it left the restaurant. it was obvious from the quality. overall, it is better to just avoid this place all together.

Our meal was over an hour late and it was okay, but typical Americanized Thai food. The woman I spoke to over the phone was friendly and great, but I´ll never order from here again, mainly because of the horrible delivery time (and although we gave the correct address the delivery guy was wandering around looking for it, not knowing the correct number, after we had waited for an hour.)

Picked up the meal. They seemed to charge us twice so I had to go back to the restaurant. They couldn´t provide me a receipt for a refund for the second charge.
