The customer service and food quality and quantity is extraordinary; it's always freshly prepared and has amazing taste. The only problem is the delivery time as it can potentially be 1:30 hours + at times. I have ordered from there over 10 times by now and always great food, the delivery is the only aspect they could improve on; the delivery person is a really nice guy and always has great customer service too. Keep up the great work!

We placed our order and it was suggested that it would take 1.5 hrs delivery. We figured they were busy as we ordered not long after the parade. The app notified us the order left the store about 20 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. I went to the lobby about 5 minutes before it was due to wait. 35 minutes passed and no driver had arrived. I called the restaurant and they called the driver to find out why. Called me back a few minutes later to say the driver would be another 10 minutes. I continued to wait. Another 30 minutes passed by. I called again. They assured driver would arrive any moment. After about 10 more minutes the driver showed up and repeatedly apologized for being so late. I took the food up stairs. We ordered roti and a sandwich. Both of which dissolved into a pile of mush from being sealed in plastic containers with no way for the steam to escape. I called the restaurant again and was informed that they could not offer any sort of resolution until the owner comes in. I asked for a refund and was referred back to the just eat app. He said they could do nothing as well without the owner approval. Only after an hour of argument would they offer a credit for future order. I refused as after the agrivation of all this I not longer want to use your service. When Requested a supervisor they refused and claimed someone would follow up in 24 hours that has yet to happen. After another hour passed I called the restaurant again. Manager is still not available. I was advised he would call in 30 minutes. It was almost another hour before he called. He proceeded to complain to me about the complaint I had filed and offered a 50% refund because he feels it's not his problem. I stated that was unacceptable as at this point it had been 7 hours since I placed the order. He still refused. I said I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. He said go ahead. Told me to call just eat for the refund and suggestioned I call the police on him. Then disconnected the call. Only after further contact just eat did they agree to a full refund. I was then called again by just eat claiming he would only issue 50% refund. I had to argue with the agent again for the full refund. Who eventually agreed to. We'll see if they actually follow through. I however will never use this disgusting service again and I will be reporting the restaurant to the health department for food safety handling violations.
